Christian missions have a long history of building hospitals, schools, colleges, churches and accommodation for the poor.
Having a building provides a place for conducting the goals of the mission or ministry. For long term effectiveness these facilities need to be maintained and sometimes improved upon.
Today a number of mission organisations have building projects to help them grow and secure the good work being done.
