Workers equipping Christian leaders for church and society

We praise God for the extraordinary numerical growth of his church around the world, especially in Asia, Africa and Latin America. This growth has created great needs in discipleship, Bible training and leadership development.

CMS workers partners with local churches and organisations around the world to:

• Support the ddevelopment of culturally appropriate, sustainable leadership for the church through the ministries of Bible teachers, and trainers. 

• Encourage and resource discipling ministries among children and youth. 

• Assist the development of culturally appropriate literature and on-line ministries

We are open to going wherever the Spirit of God leads but will prioritise, in consultation with partner organisations and networks, those places where the need is most urgent and local resources lacking.
