A disability is a condition that restricts a person's mental, sensory or mobility functions. People with severe disabilities make up about 3% of the world's population. Some missions are working specifically to provide disability support through various means such as health assistance and job creation.

Gift of Love – Village Health Volunteer Training
provide the knowledge a volunteer needs to understand and help fight leprosy
The Kothara and Salur Community Hospitals
Help provide medical care to people affected by leprosy, and the wider community.
