Worker Details

Luke and Rachel, and their three children, Isaac, Tahlia and Michaela, serve among Global Interaction's team in Cambodia.

Luke has a background in economics and banking. For the last 12 years he has served as a Baptist pastor, and for the last four years as State Director for Global Interaction SA/NT. Rachel is a speech pathologist, who works with children with disabilities. All three children are primary school aged. Isaac enjoys basketball, cricket and playing on the computer. Tahlia loves dancing, craft and swimming. Michaela enjoys craft and trampolining.

Knowing personally the peace and joy that comes from a living relationship with Jesus, Luke and Rachel are passionate about sharing this same Jesus with their Khmer friends. They are currently investing many hours per week in culture and language lessons with a local language nurturer so they can communicate effectively with their Khmer friends. They long to see Khmer people be transformed by encountering Jesus in a way they understand.

Luke also be serves as the Team Leader of the team in Cambodia.
